Mark and Adam present themselves as leaders of a well-oiled machine, visionaries with grand beliefs and massive influence. But let’s cut through the illusion. What lies beneath their outward confidence is something much less impressive – and far more telling.

Belief Over Knowledge

Believing in a higher power often means accepting that there’s a lot you simply don’t know. Mark and Adam, driven by their belief system, allow their lack of knowledge to be filled with assumptions and feelings rather than facts. Logical thinking is replaced with irrational, emotion-driven thoughts, clouding their judgment. Facebook, Insta and Threads has the leadership of a punishing, medieval God! YES! We are getting punished when we step over their imaginary opaque Company Policy.

NO! It is NOT Community Rules! Meta is a company running for profit! It is NOT a social media company. They are more like fascists shooting and killing profiles random and in error! Their rules are Company Rules! “God is wicked with the angry”.

Egos as a Mask

Their Orange mindset (Ken Wilber – Stages of Consciousness) is marked by colossal egos. But behind that inflated sense of self is insecurity. It’s a compensation tactic – appearing strong and untouchable so no one catches a glimpse of their deeper weaknesses. The façade of invincibility is built on shaky foundations.

Wholeness?

Wholeness is nowhere to be found because they are stuck in the “Orange” stage (KW), where rigid belief systems take over. Wholeness and true overview belongs to he NEXT stage of awareness (KW Blue). There’s no growth, no flexibility – just organized lies, often unconscious, but still there. Their world is shaped by propaganda, designed to sell a version of reality that fits their narrow view.

Inflexibility and Fear

Mark and Adam are deeply inflexible, unable to truly understand differing opinions. Why? Because different views are threatening to them, and their solution is to shut down opposition—at any cost. This is fear, pure and simple. They’re scared, just like everyone else, but in denial about it. That denial drives them to suppress anything that challenges their fragile worldview.

Fast Decisions, Slow Consequences

They’re praised as “great leaders” for their quick decision-making. But when those rushed choices come back to bite, they shift the blame. Accountability is not part of their vocabulary. Instead, they cling to their carefully crafted public image, making sure people perceive them the way they want to be seen.

The Imago Illusion

Their “imago” – the image they project – is heavy-handed and persistent. It’s a desperate effort to convince others of their strength, control, and vision. But it’s all for show. The cracks are obvious to anyone willing to look closer.

The Support System Lie

Here’s the cold truth: They have no support system. They pretend there’s one, but it’s a sham. Hundreds of thousands of support tickets flood in every week, but they go unanswered. Why? Because they don’t have anyone to respond. No team, no payroll for support staff – just a hollow promise.

The Fake Fixes

Platforms like Instagram and Threads reveal the lie. Many of the support and report buttons don’t even function. It’s a blatant sign that their system is broken, and they have no real intention of fixing it. Submitting a ticket is pointless; it goes straight into a black hole. No one is there to read it, let alone offer help.

No Contact, No Support

Reaching out to “support” leads nowhere. There’s no response, no human connection. The promise of support is just as fake as the image they try to uphold. They advertise help, but there’s nothing behind it.

In the end, Mark and Adam’s empire is built on a foundation of belief, propaganda, and denial. They are leading with egos and fear, not wisdom or truth. Their support system? Non-existent. And the world is finally waking up to their empty promises.

Conclusion: The Illusion is Crumbling

Mark and Adam’s empire is nothing more than smoke and mirrors. Their inflated egos, rigid beliefs, and reliance on propaganda mask deep insecurities and a fundamental lack of accountability. While they project power and leadership, their fear of differing perspectives keeps them trapped in inflexibility. Their support system is a complete fabrication, leaving those who rely on it stranded.

The cracks in their façade are becoming impossible to ignore. What they sell as strength is a fragile illusion, and their house of cards is destined to collapse. The world is seeing through the lies – it’s only a matter of time before the truth fully catches up.
